    Wola is a district of contrasts – modern office towers sit alongside pre-war tenement houses and post-industrial spaces:

    • Business hub (Daszyńskiego) – the area around Rondo Daszyńskiego is Warsaw's new CBD. Warsaw Spire, Mennica Legacy, Generation Park – thousands work here daily.
    • Młynów & Koło – older residential area with tenement houses and 1950s–70s blocks. A quieter, more residential part of Wola.
    • Czyste – formerly industrial, now rapidly developing with new residential projects.
    • Ulrychów / Odolany – western Wola with single-family houses and new estates. Close to Warszawa Zachodnia railway station.

    Transport & Connectivity

    Wola boasts one of Warsaw's best transport networks:

    MMetro M2 – four stations in Wola: Rondo Daszyńskiego, Rondo ONZ, Księcia Janusza and Młynów. Reach the centre in 3–5 minutes.
    TTrams – lines along Wolska, Kasprzaka and Jana Pawła II streets. Fast connections to Żoliborz, Ochota and the centre.
    RWarszawa Zachodnia station – major transport hub with suburban and long-distance trains.

    You can reach the city centre by metro in 3–5 minutes. The M2 line also provides a direct connection to Praga across the river.
