Gdynia Districts - Interactive Map & Guide

    District character

    Centre and seaside districts

Śródmieście, Kamienna Góra, Redłowo and Orłowo offer the strongest access to the sea, services and attractions. They are urban and prestigious, but usually come with higher prices and more traffic.

The SKM axis: Grabówek, Leszczynki, Chylonia and Cisowa

The western axis is practical for everyday commuting. SKM, buses and retail amenities make daily life easier, while prices can be more accessible than in the seaside belt.

    Southern Gdynia

Karwiny, Wielki Kack, Mały Kack and Dąbrowa suit people looking for calmer estates, greenery and access to the ring road. Exact connections to the centre and Gdańsk are still worth checking.

    North and growing estates

Oksywie, Obłuże, Pogórze, Babie Doły and Chwarzno-Wiczlino differ strongly: from port and maritime character to new forest-edge estates. Transport and local infrastructure matter a lot here.
